摘要
中华传统师德是中华传统文化重要的组成部分,经过数千年的发展,其中"诲人不倦、为人师表、有教无类、交以为师"等优秀传统基本成为社会和教师认同的道德规范。教育要适应社会发展,当代师德建设要在传承师德传统的同时,不断丰富其内涵,树立依法执教、爱岗敬业、团结协作、不断创新等师德观念,并通过加强领导机制、教育机制、管理以及监督评价机制等方面的建设,把师德建设作为一项可持续发展的事业来抓。
Chinese traditional ethics of teachers is an important part of traditional Chinese culture, after several years, its excellent traditions have beeome ethics criterion agreed by teachers and society. Education must adapt to social development, and contemporary moral construction must enrich its content constantly in the heritage of traditional morality. We must strengthen the construction of leadership mechanism, education system, management, supervision and evaluation mechanisms and construction of other aspects, make the moral construction as a sustainable development task to do.
