摘要
"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程,对于帮助大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观、道德观和法制观,提高自我修养,促进大学生全面发展具有重要意义。针对该课程法律基础部分的教学现状,结合高职院校的特点,从教学理念的转变、教材内容的优化组合、教学方法的改革、考评机制的重构等多方面推进"法律基础"教学改革,以期提高课程的教学实效性。
＂Moral Education and Legal Foundation＂, is important to help students establishing a correct outlook on life, values, ethics and legal concept, improving self-cultivation, and promoting comprehensive development of students. To the teaching situation of the courses, combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the author suggest promote teaching reform and improve teaching effectiveness from many aspects as change of teaching philosophy, optimized combination of teaching materials and the contents, teaching methodologies reform, reconstruction of evaluation mechanism.
