Analysis of the Utilization of Digestive System Essential Drugs in Our Hospital during the Period of 2007-- 2009

目的：了解我院消化系统基本药物的应用情况及趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用限定日剂量方法，对我院2007-2009年消化系统基本药物的应用数量、销售金额、用药频度、日用药费用等进行统计、分析。结果：我院消化系统药物销售金额呈逐年上升趋势，而其基本药物销售金额呈下降趋势，2009年趋缓。结论：我院消化系统用药基本合理，但基本药物使用须进一步提高，使药品应用和管理达到规范。

To investigate the utilization and tendency of digestive system essential drugs in our hospital and to provide reference for clinical use of drugs. METHODS ： Adopting DDD analysis, the utilization of digestive system essential drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed in respect of amount of drugs, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. RESULTS： The consumption sum of digestive system drugs in our hospital increased year after year, while the consumption sum of digestive system essential drugs showed a downward trend and decreased slowly in 2009. CONCLUSION： The utilization of digestive system drugs in our hospital is basically rational. But the utilization of essential drugs should be further improved to standard the application and management of drugs.
