我院药学类专业实践教学环节的实施方略

Executive Strategy of Professional Practice Teaching Link of Pharmacy Major

目的:完善药学类学生的专业实践教学环节。方法:对我院药学类专业实践教学环节的设计方案进行总结,介绍组织药学类学生进行专业实践的经验及体会。结果:我院积极推动学生实践改革,采取集中实践和分散实践相结合的方式,不同专业突出了不同的实践目标,较好地落实了实践内容。结论:在药学类专业实践教学环节中,应结合实际情况,精心策划方案,加强过程监控,完善考核体制,重视成果汇报。

To provide reference for the exploration of professional practical teaching of students major in pharmacy. METHODS： The basic methods of the scheme design were summarized, the experience of organizing students to perform professional practice was introduced. RESULTS ： Student practice reform was carried out in our hospital by means of centralized practice and dispersed practice. Different majors were equipped with different practice purpose. The practice training was conducted actually. CONCLUSION： The practice teaching of pharmacy major should base on practical situation. We should design program carefully, strengthen process monitoring, complete evaluation system and pay attention to achievement report.
