摘要
以万寿菊花为原料,用氯仿提取其中光活化杀虫物质α-三连噻吩,并利用气相色谱测定所提取液中α-三连噻吩的含量。通过正交实验研究了料液比、时间、温度等因素对α-三连噻吩得率的影响,实验表明,最佳提取工艺参数为料液比为1:20、提取时间为5 h、温度85℃,提取率达到1.5042%。最佳条件下得到的万寿菊提取液对青霉、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有抑菌作用,48 h抑制率分别为2.99%、2.43%和4.18%,最小抑菌浓度为15%,此时α-三连噻吩的浓度为0.38%。
The marigold flower was used to extract photoactivited pesticide α-terthienyl with chloroform,and the α-terthienyl extracted was measured with gas chromatography.Through orthogonal experiments the influence on the yield of α-terthienyl by factors such as the ratio of material to solvent,extracting time and temperature was studied.The experiment showed that the optimal condition is that the ratio of material to solvent is 1:20,the extracting time is 5 h and the extracting tempreture is 85℃,and the the yield of α-terthienyl reached 1.5042%.The extracts in optimal condition could inhibit the growth of penicillium,coliform and bacillus subtilis.and the inhibitory rate was 2.99%,2.43% and 4.18% after 48h.The minimum inhibition concentration of extracts was 15%,and the concentration of α-terthienyl was 0.38%.
