摘要
历时30余年发展，中国民营物流企业仍然先天资金供血不足，中国物流市场的增长，推进着中国民营物流企业对资本的渴求；同时，来自投行机构的资本也正在开始新一轮的强势介入。在此基础上，必须坚持创新的商业模式，稳定关键的团队人才，才能在这轮融资热潮中立定脚步。
Since 2011,news spread that such risk investors as VC or PE are contacting China's logistics enterprises secretly.Although the cases mostly took place in the field of express,many enterprises in subdivided scopes,like the field of logistics informationalization and highway freight transportation,are falling love with risk investors.However,different from the former cases,although a new wave of logistics investment is coming,nowadays risk investors made more reason-able analysis and judgment on logistics enterprises.In their eyes,after the financial crisis,the investment of risk investors into logistics enterprises needs more wisdom.
