中医症状标准化的必要性

中医症状是诊病辨证的主要依据,中医辨证应在熟悉中医学理论知识的基础上,遵循以症为据,辨别证素,组成证名的思维规律。中医症状标准化有利于提高辨证的准确性。本标准提取中医内、外、妇、儿等科临床常见症状(含体征等)约1 358个,分为16类,对各症状、体征进行诠释。采集整理症状数据,起草症状标准,确定术语条目,并进行诠释。中医症状标准应作为国家标准颁发实施,在全行业推广应用,使常见中医症状规范、准确、通用。
