基于四诊合参的PSD证候多模态识别的策略

选取国家脑病研究中心确诊的脑梗后抑郁(PSD)病例,从脑梗后抑郁患者四诊信息特征的提取与识别入手,采用BD-SZ四诊合参辅助诊疗系统完成对四诊信息的采集,建立数据库,为中医临床疗效评价提供参考。在方法学突破以后,在BD-SZ基础上形成先进低成本、具有中医特色的对于PSD的诊疗技术。文章旨在借助四诊合参辅助诊疗系统对PSD的证候进行多模态识别,从而得出一种数字化、量化的PSD特征识别方法。
