摘要
脑卒中是临床常见疾病,常同时伴有功能障碍,影响患者恢复及生活质量。脑损伤致中心神经元死亡引起的神经功能缺损至今无确切有效的治疗方法。针刺可以促进脑损伤患者神经功能的恢复,康复治疗在脑损伤后功能障碍时也是常用的方法。神经生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)是广泛存在于神经组织中的一种神经轴突的生长蛋白,与神经发育、轴突再生和突触重建密切相关。无论针刺还是运动治疗,其促进脑损伤后功能恢复的理论基础是脑的可塑性,正是由于存在这种可塑性,才使得损伤后脑组织能够通过结构重建、功能代偿以达到整体脑功能的恢复,GAP-43因其特性在脑损伤中可能发挥的作用也逐渐得到重视。下面对脑损伤后针刺与运动治疗对GAP-43含量影响进行分别阐述。
Stroke is a common clinical disease,often accompanied by dysfunction,affecting recovery and quality of life of patients.Nowdays,neurological deficits induced by center neurons death has no precise and effective treatment in brain injury.Acupuncture can promote recovery of neurological function of brain-injured patients,rehabilitation is also commonly used.Neural growth associated protein-43(GAP-43),widespread in the nervous tissue,is a kind of axons growth protein,which is realated with neurodevelopment,axonal regeneration and synaptic reconstruction closely.Either acupuncture or rehabilitation therapy,theory whether the function can prove after brain injure is based on brain plasticity.It is precisely because the existence of such plasticity,which makes the damaged tissues to achieve the overall recovery of brain function by remodeling and functional compensation.GAP-43 has received more attention gradually because of its characteristics which may play a important role in brain damage.In following,the effect of acupuncture and exercise therapy on content of GAP-43 after brain injure is expounded respectively.
