摘要
工业经济是城市经济的主导,工业项目的投入建设是工业经济发展的重要途径。在城市用地紧张的制约下,提高工业项目投入产出效率是提高土地利用效率的关键。本文以某市近4年供地投入建设的工业项目为研究对象,设计了投资强度、地均产出、地均收益、土地利用率、投资建设周期、投资回报率和投入产出率等7项指标,对指标特征值及其与项目投资规模、所属产业的关系进行分析,提出提高工业项目投入产出效率的措施,对于有效节约土地、转变经济发展方式起着积极作用。
Industrial economy is leading urban economy.Input in industrial projects is a vital means to industrial economic development.With constraints from urban land utilization,to increase input/output efficiency of industrial projects is key to raise land utilization efficiency.This paper aims at the industrial projects with recent four-year＇s land supply,designs investment intensity,average land output,average land profits,land utilization efficiency,investment construction period,payback and input/output ratio,studies the index marked values and project investment scales,industrial relationship,and presents approaches to input/output efficiency in industrial projects,beneficial to save land and transform economic development means.
