摘要
分析了交流陶瓷电容器早期失效的原因,论述了在工艺上提高介质抗电强度的方法,提出了早期失效产品的筛选方法。
Causes of early disablement of alternated current ceramic capacitors are analyzed.Methods of increasing breakdown-voltage strength of ceramic in production are addressed,and a selected method of early disabled products is presented.
