An Intelligent Negotiation Service Model for a Manufacturing Firm

摘要 当可售产品在电子虚拟市场中被推荐,客户要购买时,需要通过智能谈判服务来确定产品价格,进而输出产品订单。针对制造企业的特点确定了智能谈判服务的内容,建立了基于ASP模式和Agent技术的智能谈判服务模型。通过对讨价还价过程的分析,采用贝叶斯方法建立了智能谈判服务的谈判策略,该策略结合效用函数和利益差理论构建了面向制造企业的谈判Agent,并通过发动机企业和活塞企业谈判的实例进行验证。智能谈判服务的实现为制造企业的快速运作提供了技术支持。 When the products for sale are recommended in an electronic virtual market, customers need to determine the price of the product through intelligent negotiation services, after that the product orders will be outputted. We first determine the content of the intelligent negotiation services, and establish intelligent negotiation services model based on ASP pattern and agent technology for manufacturing enterprises. Then, we establish the negotiating strategy of the intelligent negotiation services by Bayesian method after analysis of the bargaining process. The strategy establi- shes the negotiation agent for manufacturing enterprises by combining the utility functions and theory of benefit differ- ence, and it is verified through the negotiation case between an engine enterprise and a piston enterprise. The realiza- tion of intelligent negotiation give technical support for the rapid operation of manufacturing enterprises.
