摘要
笔者目的在于解决分切机收卷机构采用胀轴存在缺陷的问题,具体缺陷有:机械胀轴同轴度、圆柱度较差;气胀轴胀紧力小、容易打滑、胀紧过程中键倾斜等。借助气胀轴原理,对机械胀轴结构进行优化改进,解决上述存在问题。
This paper aims at solving problems arising from the following defects in the expanding shaft used in a splitting machine's winding mechanism: (1) the coaxiality and cylindricity of mechanical expanding shaft is inferior; (2) the distensible force is weak when it works in the sleeve; (3) the sleeve is prone to slip. In addition, when the sleeve does not cover the key of the aerated expanding shaft, the key is easy to incline. With the aid of the theory of aerated expanding shaft, we optimize and improve the structure of the mechanical expanding shaft in order to slove the above problems.
