摘要
针对多个设备且各设备采用的维修方式并不相同的同一设备系统,当某个设备出现严重劣化时,立即对该设备进行检修,还是稍微延迟在其它设备维修时刻进行同步维修的问题上,在充分考虑和利用设备技术状态、设备系统运转时间、大小维修约束、各种维修方式下设备维修时间和维修/故障费用等信息的条件下,以单位时间维修/故障费用最小为目标建立了关联维修任务同期优化决策模型。算例计算表明:该模型可行有效,可为设备系统的关联维修任务短期优化问题提供决策支持。
When one of the components shows serious deterioration in the equipment system with multiple components in different maintenance modes, there exists a problem that it should be repaired immediately or it can be re- paired with a slight delay while others are being repaired. Aiming at this problem, the synchronization optimal mod- el is built. The target of the model is minimizing the repair/breakdown cost per unit of time with the information of fully considering and using the equipment technological status, the equipment system running time, big and small repair constraints, repair time and repair/breakdown cost under various repair modes. A calculation example shows that the model is feasible and effective, and it can provide decision support to solve the problem.
