摘要
基于经典理论的巨型模锻液压机多缸同步驱动控制系统对系统参数变化抑制小,鲁棒性差,当系统的参数发生大变化时,系统的同步误差达不到系统设计所需要求;在实际工况中,参数的摄动不可避免。为增强系统的鲁棒性,笔者在对某巨型模锻液压机多缸驱动系统进行模型分析的基础上,设计了鲁棒控制器。仿真结果表明:即使在参数有较大摄动情况下,系统仍可保持良好的控制精度和响应速度。
Synchronous drive control systems which belong to a huge scale forging the situation when the system parameters change greatly, for it inevitably leads to hydraulic press big synchronous cannot deal with error and cannot meet the system requirement. In order to improve the control system robustness, a robust regulator was designed by constructing the mode of multi-cylinder drive hydraulic system. Simulation analysis result shows that with the de- signed robust regulator the system can keep accuracy and rapidity even when the parameters change greatly.
