文化差异与西部民族地区学校教育的发展困境和变革

Culture Differences,Development Dilemma and Reform of School Education in Western Ethnic Regions

本文根据笔者和其他研究者近年来的相关研究成果以及笔者在西双版纳傣族地区的田野调查资料,对西部少数民族地区学校教育的发展困境予以分析,并提出对教师进行多元文化理念的培育,构建地方性校本课程,加强学校与地方社区的联系等教育变革的思考。

This paper makes an analysis of development dilemma in school education of those regions based on my recent studies and field investigations in Xishuangbanna and related researches of other experts.It also reflects on education reform in aspects of teachers’training of multicultural theories,constructing school-based courses and strengthening cooperation between schools and local communities.
