离心水泵叶轮子午面双曲轮廓的模拟和试验

摘要 离心水泵叶轮子午双曲轮廓的设计方法是按照流体的绕角流动原理,遵从流体运动规律设计叶轮的轴面轮廓。这种方法在理论上给从事叶轮设计工程人员提供了一种简单易行的方法。它不仅避免了传统方法的复杂性,而且还摒弃了经验上的任意性。通过用CAD建模,CFD软件分析,可以明显看出,用子午面双曲轮廓方法建立的叶轮模型,回流、二次流明显减少,同时也通过试验验证了用此叶轮的水泵其扬程和效率也有明显的提高。 The impeller axial figure of water pump was designed by the method of the meridian hyperbola figure,according to the principle of the flow in a sector which follows liquid flow law.This way supplies a simple and available method for the engineers who embark on the impeller design.It can't not only avoid the complication of conventional way but also turn away the randomicity of experiential method.The model was built by CAD and was analyzed by CFD.The result was shown that the reversed flows and the twice flows was evidently reduced.At the same time experiment verified that the head and efficiency of the pump was improved distinctly,which installed such impeller.
