摘要
总结了目前有关叶片泵旋转失速的研究现状,其中包括研究方法、研究成果及抑制方法。目前的研究主要应用CFD、PIV技术和试验相结合,研究重点在旋转失速状态下泵内部流动结构变化和压力波动及传播两个方面。失速状态下导叶区会交替出现高压和低压流道,并相应的会出现回流和射流;轮缘间隙部位会存在高速的泄漏流体。失速核会以低于叶轮旋转速度进行传播,泵内出现压力波动,部分突升的压力会与叶轮旋转相同的方向进行传播,传播速度约为叶轮转速的0.7%。研究发现当泵性能曲线出现正斜率时旋转失速开始发生,根据研究结果提出了可能抑制旋转失速发生的方法。
The discoveries about the rotating stall of the pumps were summarized according to previous researches.It contains the methods,results and suppression of rotating stall using CFD or PIV and combing with experimental methods.Most of the researches focus on the flow structures and pressure fluctuation and propagation when the rotating stall occurs.There are alternate reverse flow and jet flow because of the alternate high pressure region and low pressure region in the diffuser passage.It also appears high speed leakage in the clearance between the impeller and diffuser.Under stall condition it will be found that pressure fluctuation and propagation and part of the dramatic change pressure is about 0.7 percent of the impeller rotating speed as the same direction of the impeller rotating.In addition,most of the researches have found that the rotating stall occurs when there is a change in the slop of the performance curve.Finally,it suggests two possible ways to suppress the rotating stall in the pumps.
