船用氨水吸收式制冰系统的仿真及试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用潍柴CCFJ75J-WJ/75KW柴油发电机组的烟气作为热源,设计了余热驱动的船用氨水吸收式制冰系统,应用于渔船上食品的保鲜和冷藏。根据Schulz建立的氨水溶液的热力学状态方程,初步建立了船用氨水吸收式制冰系统的数学模型和性能评价指标,获得了烟气温度与COP、冷却水温度与COP的性能关系曲线,为寻获符合系统要求的最佳操作条件奠定基础。利用摇摆装置模拟船舶的实际航行,测试了制冰系统在不同摇摆状态下的性能,试验结果表明:振动对系统中换热设备的性能强化有限,恶劣的振动将对系统的制冰性能、安全性和可靠性带来严峻考验。 An ammonia-water absorption ice-making system driven by exhausted gas of CCFJ75J-WJ/75KW WeiFang diesel engine was designed for conserving fish on fishing boats.Ammonia-water absorption ice-making system's mathematical model and evaluation index was established based on Schulz's ammonia-water thermodynamic equations.The relation curves of gas's temperature and COP,cooling water's temperature and COP was obtained by simulation.The beat operation conditions which meet the system's requirements was gotten.The ammonia-water absorption ice-making system's performance under different sailing conditions which simulated by using swing devices was tested,the results show that,vibration caused little effect on heat transfer performance enhancement,but improper vibration caused a bad effect on system's performance,security and reliability.
