紫叶稠李叶绿素含量与叶色关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索紫叶稠李叶绿素含量与叶色变化的关系,分别在4、5、6、7、9、10月测定紫叶稠李叶绿素含量、类胡罗卜素含量,并观测叶色年变化规律。结果表明:全年中紫叶稠李成熟新叶叶绿素a、b含量及总叶绿素含量都比成熟老叶的小;类胡罗卜素含量在幼叶及老叶中稍高,而成熟叶片中类胡萝卜素含量较低;紫叶稠李叶色表现稳定,为典型的夏、秋类阳性彩色观赏树木,适于在光照下栽培,是中国北方地区良好的彩色植物之一。 In order to study the relation of leaf color and chlorophyll content of Prunus virginiana,the chlorophyll content,carotenoid content in April,May,June,July,September,October and leaf color change rule in a year of Prunus virginiana were studied.The results showed that the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a/b ratio,total chlorophyll content of Prunus virginiana in young leaf were smaller than those of old leaf.The carotenoid content of young leaf and old leaf were higher than mature leaf.The leaf color of Prunus virginiana was stable in a year.It was one of illumination landscape tree and also a kind of good local color plant in North of China.
