肾消颗粒干预葡萄糖耐量低减临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察中药肾消颗粒对糖耐量低减(IGT)人群糖尿病发病率的影响。方法以口服75 g葡萄糖耐量试验筛选,按1999年WHO制定的诊断标准选取IGT人群,同时中医辨证属脾肾两虚兼瘀浊证的60例患者,采用随机、对照研究方法,分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组在观察期间采用合理控制饮食和体育运动加以干预,治疗组在饮食和运动干预基础上口服肾消颗粒。2组疗程均为6个月。观察2组干预后糖尿病发病率和IGT逆转率。结果治疗组IGT发展为糖尿病者为7.4%,对照组为20%;治疗组IGT转正常糖耐量者为51.85%,对照组为24.00%;2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,2组对三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、体质量指数和腰臀比未见明显改善作用(P>0.05),2组血糖以及胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药肾消颗粒对脾肾两虚兼瘀浊证的IGT患者干预治疗可减少糖尿病发生率。 Objective To observe the intervention effects of Shenxiao granule on impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and on the morbidity of diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Sixty patients diagnosed according to the standard of WHO (1999) were screened by oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) arid syndrome differentiated for spleen-kidney deficiency and stasis-turbid syndrome. A randomized and controlled study method was adopted. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (n =30) and control group (n =30). The control group was controlled diet plus exercise. The treatment group was treated by Shenxiao granule, based on diet and exercise. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The morbidity of DM and reverse rate of IGT were observed. Results The rate of IGT converting to DM was 7.4% in treatment group and 20% in control group, and the rate of IGT converting to NGT was 51.85% in treatment group and 24.00% in control group, there were significant differences between two groups (P〈 0.05). Meanwhile, TG, HDL, BMI and WHR in control group and treatment group were not changed significantly (P 〉0.05). The blood glucose, TC and LDL were significantly different between two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Shenxiao granule on IGT in intervention treatment call decrease incidence of diabetes.
