金玄痔科熏洗散超临界萃取物指纹图谱研究

GC Fingerprint of Supercritical Fluid Extracs in Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan

目的建立金玄痔科熏洗散超临界萃取物的指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用气相色谱法,以ZB-5石英毛细管柱为色谱柱,高纯氮为载气,FID检测器,程序升温法,并对主要共有峰进行了归属。结果用程序升温法得到了各色谱峰较好的分离,确定了32个共有峰。结论为进一步完善金玄痔科熏洗散有效物质部位的质量评价提供了测定指纹图谱可靠的方法。

Objective To establish a fingerprint analysis of Supercritical Fluid Extracs in Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan. Methods The fingerprint was performed by GC. ZB-5 column was used. Carrier gas was N2, and detector was FID, temperature-programmed. The common peaks were obtained. Results GC fingerprint of supercritical fluid extracs was obtained by temperature-programmed, and 32 common peaks were obtained. Conclusion The method is reliable for the quality evaluation of the effective material parts in traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
