腰痛活血胶囊的质量控制

Quality Control of Yaotong Huoxue Capsule

目的建立腰痛活血胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对腰痛活血胶囊中三七、延胡索进行定性鉴别,对乌头碱进行限量检查,采用薄层色谱扫描法测定君药延胡索有效成分延胡索乙素的含量。结果薄层色谱法简便、专属性强;延胡索乙素在0.055～0.33μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.996 02,平均回收率99.45%,RSD=1.26%。结论所建立的方法可准确地进行定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Yaotong Huoxue capsule. Method Radix Notoginseng and corydalis in Yaotong Huoxue capsule were identified by TLC. Acontine was identified by limited examination, and the content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by TLCS. Results The TLC for identification was simple and special. Acontine was in the limited range. Tetrahydropalmatine showed a good linear relationship in 0.055-0.33 ug, r ：0.996 02. The average recovery was 99.45%, and RSD was 1.26%. Conclusion An accurate method for determination tetrahydropalmatine in Yaotong Huoxue capsule was established. It can be used for quality control of Yaotong Huoxue capsule.
