摘要
采用低温燃烧合成法,以尿素为燃烧剂,以聚乙二醇为活化剂,加入少量的柠檬酸做引发剂,通过与硝酸镧反应制备碳酸氧镧,以XRD、TG-DTA、TEM等分析手段进行表征,系统考察焙烧时间、焙烧温度等工艺参数对最终产物的组成和粒径的影响,确定最佳的工艺条件。实验结果表明,以尿素为燃烧剂制备纳米碳酸氧镧是可行的,制备碳酸氧镧的最佳工艺条件是:焙烧温度为650℃,焙烧时间为30 min,制备的纳米粉体大部分粒径在30-50 nm,且具有良好的分散性。
Nanometer-La 2O 2CO 3 powders were prepared by combustion synthesis method via using urea as combustion agent and polyethylene glycol as the activator,adding a small quantity of citric acid as the initiator,through reaction with La(NO 3) 3.Characterization of the as-prepared powders was performed by means of XRD,TG-DTA and TEM.The effects of calcination time,calcinations temperature etc on the composition and grain size of final powders were investigated.The experimental results showed that the method of preparation of Nanometer-La 2O 2CO 3 with the urea as combustion agent is feasible and the optimal technological conditions are as follows:calcinations temperature of 650 ℃,calcinations time of 30 minutes.In addition,particles of nano-sized La 2O 2CO 3 powders are well dispersed and an average size range from 30~50 nm.And this method is simple technologically,convenient to operate,low consumption,consequently there are a few applied future prospects.
