摘要
介绍了用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)合成单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,讨论了反应时间对预聚反应程度的影响、m(N-220)∶m(N-330)、预聚体中w(NCO)对涂料伸长率、拉伸强度的影响。并讨论了催化剂对涂料性能的影响及贮存稳定性等问题。实验结果表明预聚时间为4h,m(N-220)∶m(N-330)=8∶1,涂料w(NCO)=5%~6%,催化剂m(二月桂酸二丁基锡)∶m(原料)=0.03%对于本体系是适合的,添加除水剂更好地解决贮存问题。
In this paper,synthesis of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating using MDI was introduced,the effect of the reaction time on reaction degree was discussed.The effects of ratio of polyether diol(N-220)to polyether triol(330)on elongation and tensile strength were discussed as well as the effects of NCO content,catalysts on performance,and the stability during storage,etc.Experimental results showed the most suitable for this system:the reaction time is four hours,the ratio of N220/N330 is 8∶1,the NCO content is 5%~6%,the amount of catalyst is 0.3%.The problem of storage stability could be well settled by adding moisture scavenger.
