摘要
本文研究了四氢噻唑-2-硫酮(TTT)双活泼酰胺与胺的N-酰基化反应,与醇的O-酰基化反应及与羟胺的选择性N-酰基化反应。以四氢噻唑-2-硫酮的双活泼酰胺作为双功能团单体,合成了一系列聚酰胺、羟基聚酰胺和聚酯化合物。对所合成化合物的结构用IR、NMR和元素分析方法进行了验证,测定了聚合物的比浓粘度。
The N--acylation of amine, O--acylation of alcohol and the selective N--acylationof the aminoalcohol with the active diamides of tetrahydrothiazole--2--thione werestudied. A series of polyamides, hydroxyl polyamides and polyesters had beensynthesized using the polycondensation of the active diamides with the aliphaticdiamines, 1, 3--diamino--2--propanol and diols under mild conditions. Furthermore,chemoselective polyamidation was achieved from multifnnctional aminoalcohol andactive diamide of tetrahydrothiazole--2--thione without special protection ofacylation--sensitive group.
