舞蹈继续教育教师队伍的构成及其培养模式初探

本文论述了建立和培养舞蹈继续教育教师队伍的思路与方式,着重介绍了从政治思想素质、知识与能力素质、心理与身体素质、采风与进修并举培养和科学管理教师队伍等五个方面培养一支优秀教师队伍的具体做法,在科学管理教师队伍方面提出了有借鉴意义的五种手段。

This article discusses the construction and development of teaching staff in area of continuing education of dance by means of five approaches-development of political ideology,knowledge and ability,mental and physical quality,combination of fieldwork and further education of teachers,and scientific management of teaching staff.The author suggests five methods dealing with scientific management of faculty.
