摘要
以丙烯酰胺的结构类似物丙酰胺为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用本体聚合法制备出了对丙烯酰胺具有较好选择性的印迹聚合物。通过振荡吸附实验优化出模板分子和功能单体的最佳摩尔比为1:8;静态吸附平衡实验和Scatchard分析结果表明,与非印迹聚合物相比,印迹聚合物对丙烯酰胺具有较强的吸附特性,最大吸附量为4.283 mg/g;客体-聚合物的解离常数KD为2.77μg/mL。红外光谱分析表明,聚合物的特异性识别位点的形成是由于酰胺键和羧基所形成的氢键的作用。
The acrylamide molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized by using propionamide as a template molecular,methacrylic acid as thefunctional monomer,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linking agent.The optimal molar ratio of templates to monomers was 1:8.The results of static adsorption equilibrium experiments and scatchard analysis showed;compared with non-imprinted polymer,the imprinted polymer had higher affinity for acrylamide.The max adsorptive capacity was 4.283 mg/g and the dissociation constant(u) was 2.77 g/mL.The infrared spectrum of the polymer indicated that the specific recognition sites in the molecular imprinted polymer were due to the hydrogen bonding effect formed by amide bonds and the carboxyls.
