摘要
雅泸高速公路采用冰水堆积物这一新型材料作为路基填料,没有可直接套用的填筑参考依据。在确保路基压实质量的前提下,为使施工工艺更为经济、合理,系统研究填料的成因与粒径级配特点,基于PDCA循环控制法,制定了填筑施工工艺和检测方案,并应用于施工实际。实践结果表明:PDCA循环控制法可以对路基压实质量进行动态控制,逐步提升管理水平,达到了良好的效果。
The fluvioglacial deposits is widely distributed along the Yaan-Lugu expressway,but as new filling material of expressway subgrade,there is no building reference for applying mechanically.By the premise of guarantee of compaction quality of subgrade,besides the systematic research on cause of formation and size of coarse grain characteristics of filling material,based on the PDCA circulation,guidance of subgrade construction and detection method is established and used into the construction,which makes construction technology more economical and reasonable.The results show PDCA circulation could control the compaction quality of subgrade dynamic,and improve the ability of administration step by step.
