摘要
为研究不同地区发展甜高粱乙醇的能量和经济盈亏问题,选取中国黑龙江东部、新疆中部、山东北部和海南4个典型地区的甜高粱液态发酵制乙醇生产系统建立模型,设定不同的副产物利用情景,以生命周期分析方法计算并比较了乙醇在全生命周期内能量和价值的投入和产出。研究结果表明:1)原料的农田产量是影响能量和价值产投比的主要因素;2)副产物联产利用可以提高能量效率和经济效益;3)同美国玉米乙醇相比,中国甜高粱乙醇在能量效率和经济效益方面表现相当、具备可行性。
Ethanol production from sweet sorghum juice was modeled for different byproduct management scenarios for the four Chinese regions of East Heilongjiang,Central Xinjiang,North Shandong and Hainan.The model was used to analyze the energy and economic benefits and losses of sweet sorghum ethanol production around China.Energy and economic input and output were compared for the full life cycle.The results show that the agricultural production rate is a most important factor affecting the energy and value balance ratios,the byproduct utilizations improves the energy and economic performance,and the energy and economic performance of China's sweet sorghum ethanol production is comparable with US corn ethanol production.
