摘要
为研究高强钢的断裂性能,应用有限元方法对高强钢的应力强度因子进行分析。将宽板试验结果与有限元模拟结果进行对比,考虑了裂纹形式、边界条件以及加载状况的影响,验证了应用有限元进行断裂性能分析的可行性;通过断裂力学理论,对高强钢结构进行整体分析,确定应力最不利位置,对结构施加初始裂纹,计算结构裂纹的应力强度因子,并得出裂纹尺寸与应力强度因子的拟合公式,该公式简洁实用,可供实际工程参考。
The stress intensity factor was calculated using finite element analysis(FEM) to investigate the fracture behaviour of a structure made of high strength steel.Comparing with the wide plate test shows that the finite element analysis can be used for the fracture performance of the high strength steel while considering crack forms,boundary and loading conditions.The integration analyzing based on the fracture mechanics determinates the worst allowed conditions.The relationships between the crack sizes and the coefficient KI(stress intensity factor) were given after the coefficient was calculated at a certain initial crack.Then,a simplified formula was also obtained for engineering application.
