摘要
回收再制造能够降低生产成本,节约原材料,减少环境污染,但是管理更加复杂,企业需要同时优化回收与生产两方面的决策。该文通过对需求不确定环境下的再制造企业生产回收联合优化问题进行建模,从需求分布和再制造成本、回收成本等分析出发,运用非线性优化的方法,求解了最优回收比例与最优总产量决策。结论表明,在需求波动不大的情况下,再制造带来的变动成本节约越明显,再制造所需投资越少,则再制造比例越高且总产量越高;强制再制造比例政策随着生产成本结构的不同会带来再制造生产的扩张或者萎缩。研究结果为再制造厂商根据需求及成本结构合理制定生产回收决策以及政府根据生产成本特点制定再制造产业政策提供了有益的管理启示。
Remanufacturing can reduce manufacturing costs,raw material consumption and pollutants.However,remanufacturing management is very complex with the need to optimize both recycling and production decisions.This paper models joint recycling and production optimization problems with uncertain demand.The optimal remanufacturing proportion and production quantity are derived based on an analysis of the demand distribution and cost structure.The results show that as the remanufacturing cost saving increases,the remanufacturing investment decreases and the optimal remanufacturing proportion and the production quantity increase with moderate demand uncertainty.Regulations on the minimal remanufacturing proportion lead to production expansion or shrink-age depending on the cost structure.The conclusions provide managerial insights for enterprises to make appropriate remanufacturing decisions in accordance with the demand distribution and cost structure and for government to regulate remanufacturing.
