用DArg+ MGBG 处理保持系, 降低花粉可育度, 并使其幼穗中蛋白质、DNA 和RNA含量以及蛋白酶、RNA 酶和DNA 酶活性下降,使O-·2 生成速率和MDA 含量上升。Put+ Spd + Spm 可消除或部分消除DArg +MGBG的上述效应( 对酶活性的影响除外) 。DArg + MGBG 也使POD、SOD 和CAT活性上升, 但是,多胺只能降低抑制剂对POD 的刺激作用。用Put+ Spd + Spm 处理不育系, 使花粉可育度轻度提高, 并使其幼穗蛋白质、DNA和RNA 含量略有上升,使蛋白酶、DNA酶和RNA 酶活性、O-·2 生成速率、MDA 含量、SOD 和CAT活性下降, 使POD
In CMS line, treatment with Put+Spd+Spm made pollen fertility (Table 1), and the contents of protein, DNA and RNA(Table 2) increased to some extent; but made the activities of protease, DNase and RNase decreased(Table 3). In the maintainer line, treatment with D Arg+MGBG made pollen fertility (Table 1) and contents of protein, DNA and RNA(Table 2), and the activities of protease, DNase and RNase(Table 3) decreased. Put+Spd+Spm, however, could partly counteract the effect of D Arg+MGBG on pollen fertility(Table 1) and contents(Table 2) of protein, DNA and RNA. After being treated with Put+Spd+Spm, the production rate of O -· 2, MDA content and the activities of SOD and CAT in CMS line decreased(Tables 4, 5). At the same time, however, the activity of POD increased(Table 5). In the maintainer line, the production rate of O -· 2 and MDA content increased by treatment with D Arg+MGBG. Put+Spd+Spm could counteract this effect(Table 4). Also, after being treated with D Arg+MGBG, the activities of POD, SOD and CAT increased. Put+Spd+Spm, nevertheless, could merely decrease the stimulating effect of D Arg+MGBG on POD(Table 5). Meanwhile, pollen fertility in the maintainer line was decreased by D Arg+MGBG(Table 1).
