摘要
用氘灯辐射亮度标准标定了内/外径5.4/7 mm的T2低气压(267-1 333 Pa)Ar-Hg放电灯在冷端温度50℃和放电电流100 mA时,其辐射的10条Hg谱线(254-579 nm)的辐射亮度,并利用Koedam系数计算了其辐射效率.结果表明,在该工作条件下,T2灯的放电正柱254 nm的辐射亮度在Ar气压为667 Pa时达到最大,辐射效率约为53.5%.其他9条谱线辐射亮度达到最大的Ar气最佳气压为400 Pa,但其辐射功率远比254 nm时低.
The spectral radiance of the strong lines,including 10 Hg lines ranging from 254 to 579nm,of positive column of T2(with outer diameter 7mm) low-pressure Ar-Hg discharge was calibrated by a deuterium lamp radiance standard.And the radiation efficiency for argon pressure ranging from 267 to 1333Pa was determined through the measurement of related Koedam factors.It has been showed the optimum argon pressure is around 667Pa for 254nm line with radiation efficiency up to 53.5%.Though the optimum pressure is 400Pa for other spectral lines,their radiation power is much smaller than that of 254nm.
