摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,依据实际的某接收机测试设备研制任务,设计了一套自动化测试系统。系统以工控机为核心,数据采集卡、GPIB控制器、串行接口板卡等为扩展,Lab-VIEW编程语言为工具。通过测控软件实现对多种接口和多路通道的控制,并对实时数据进行处理分析,完成测试功能。系统扩展性好,自动化程度高,改进了以往手动对硬件进行设置和测试的测试方法,节约了成本,操作界面友好,在某型号导弹测试中得到应用。
Based on virtual instruments technology and an actual task of receiver test(equipment) development,a set of automatic test system is designed.With industrial control computer as the core,this system integrated DAQ card,GPIB controller,serial interface card,etc.LabVIEW programming language is the implementation tool of this system.Multi-interface and multi-channels are controlled by measure and control software,and completion the test function through real time data analysis and processing.This system ameliorate the traditional test method that test by intercalate hardware,and economize cost.It has good expansion,high automation,good interface and applied in a missile test.
