芸香科植物茎分泌囊的研究

Studies on the secretory cavity of stems in Rutaceae

利用石蜡切片和薄切片方法对芸香科 １４ 属 ２３ 种和 １ 变种植物幼茎中分泌囊的分布和结构进行了比较研究。在芸香科植物茎中，靠近表皮的皮层中分布一轮分泌囊，分泌囊均由鞘细胞和一层上皮细胞围绕圆形腔隙构成，上皮细胞扁平，细胞壁薄、完整。鞘细胞 １～５ 层。在不同亚科、不同属之间，分泌囊的差异仅仅表现在分泌腔的大小和鞘细胞的层数方面。一般草本类型属植物茎中分泌腔直径较小，木本类型属分泌腔直径较大。柑桔亚科的大多数种类中，分泌囊鞘细胞层数较多，而芸香亚科的多数种类分泌囊鞘细胞层数较少。

Comparative observations were made on the morphology and anatomy of secretory cavities in stems of 14 genera,23 species and one varieties by paraffin and thin section method.Secretory cavities were distributed in the cortex beneath the epidermis.A secretory cavity consists of one layer of epithelial cells surrounding a large intercellular space and one to five layes of peripheral sheath cells.The epithelial cells were flattened,thin walled and integrated,the sheath cells were also flattened.The layers of sheath cells and the diameter of cavity were correlated with taxa at subfamily and generic.The diameter of cavity were larger in woody plants than that in herb plants,and the layers of sheath cells were more in Aurantioideae than that in Rutoideae.
