摘要
采用土培试验研究了灭菌条件下同一菌种对不同植物和不同菌种对同一植物的接种效应。试验结果表明,供试植物都能与 V A 菌根真菌形成共生体系,接种 V A 菌根真菌促进了植物的生长,植株干物质量显著增加,但不同 V A 菌根真菌与宿主植物形成共生体的能力及对植物的接种效应差异明显。由此可见,选择优势菌种和宿主植物组合,对于 V A
his paper studied the inoculated effects of VA mycorrhizal fungus ( Glomus mosseae ) for plants (maize,mungbean,white clover,peas,soyabenas,paprika) and VA mycorrhizal fungi ( Glomus mosseae,G.caledonium,G.sp.,Sclerocystis sinuosa ) for plant (maize or garlic ) in pot culture with sterilized soil.The results showed that 7 species plants could be infected by VA mycorrhizal fungi,enhanced crop growth,and promoted crop growth amount.But the capability of forming symbiosis of VA mycorrhizal fungi and inoculation effect have greatly different.It has important role for the widely use of VA mycorrizal fungus and agricultural production that select the best combine of VA mycorrhizal fungus and host plant.
