固体酒糟厌氧发酵前处理剩余物栽培食用菌最佳处理工艺研究

摘要 本文报道了固体酒糟厌氧发酵几种前处理剩余物作为栽培食用菌培养基时的最佳处理工艺。结果表明,在熟料瓶栽条件下,平菇菌丝生长速度以水洗甩干湿用最快,其次是水洗晒干糟,再次为新鲜晒干糟。新鲜酒糟直接装瓶栽培时平菇菌丝生长最慢或不长;生料接种压块栽培时,对于新鲜酒糟平菇菌丝不长,而对于水洗甩干糟(含水量60%)菌丝生长最快。 In this paper, the optimal technology for pre-treating methods of solid distillers' gr-ians as culture medium of edible fungi is reported. We have found that the hyphae growth speed in flask cultivation with water washed distillers' grains dried in centrifuger is the highest; the next is with water washed distillers' grains dried under the sun; the third is with fresh distillers' grains dried under the sun; the hyphae growth speed in flask cultivation with fresh distillers' grains is the lowest, and the hyphae of pleurotus ospreatus cultivated with fresh distillers' grains packed into pieces .can not grow, but cultivated with water washed distillers' grains dried in centrifuger (with 60% of water content) grow the fastest.
