The potential crisis of university＇s organization performance makes government pay attention to the institutional reform of university.The National Planning Outline of Education Development and Reform for Medium Long-Term has put forward the task to improve the university governance structure,showing this problem has got political approval and been placed on policy process.In the contemporary era,the interests and the influences of university has already gone far beyond the scope of itself,but become the fighting-for-goal of all kinds of important social forces.Essentially,the university governance structure should be looked as a kind of mechanism in trans-organization-operation,which could help the university to adapt itself to the complicate social environment and raise the level of governance.
