摘要
水产养殖业是弥补全球水产品供给不足,成为世界粮食生产发展最快的部门之一。但水产养殖业的可持续发展主要存在养殖设施陈旧落后,资金投入严重不足;苗种和饲料质量低下,养殖品种病害增多;养殖专业人才缺乏,经营制约因素增多等问题。世界水产养殖业由20世纪60～70年代从提供资源日渐衰退的水产品供给和低档鱼类转向高档鱼类,随着世界水产品需求量的持续增加,养殖生产成本特别是饲料价格将进一步上升,利用少量谷物和鱼粉生产动物性蛋白质将成为发展方向,低价格、低负荷、高性能、低(无)鱼粉替代饲料的开发利用和研发将成为重点。今后要加快替代饲料研发,建立科学管理模式;加快养殖园区建设,增加养殖户收入。
This paper briefly introduces the world aquaculture industry development present situation, has analyzed the continents sea freshwater cultured production, breeding varieties of trend, analyzes the world aquaculture the existing problems and the development trend, and puts forward some Suggestions on the development of the aquaculture industry.
