A T P和 A D P 能激活多型核白细胞引起细胞内[ Ca2 + ]i 的明显升高, A M P 则无此作用. 多型核白细胞对 A T P和 A D P 具有不同的浓度依赖性. 当细胞外的钙离子被螯合后, A T P 和 A D P 仍能引起细胞内游离钙浓度的升高. 结果表明多形核白细胞存在着对 A T P 和 A D P敏感的 P2 型嘌呤受体, 并且属于 P2 型受体中的 P2 Y
Ca 2+ ] i transients were induced in porcine polymorphonuclear leukocytes in response to ATP and ADP, while no evident change in [Ca 2+ ] i was observed after AMP addition. The cells showed varied dose dependency upon ATP and ADP. In the Ca 2+ free bath solution, ATP and ADP could still cause [Ca 2+ ] i elevation in the cells. The results showed that the P2 receptors are present on porcine polymorphonuclear leukocytes and should belong to the P2Y subclass of purinoceptor family.
