摘要
报告1例面部鳞状毛囊角化病。患者女,32岁。面部反复发生散在的痤疮后萎缩性瘢痕样皮损6年。皮损组织病理检查:角化过度,毛囊扩大伴角质栓,鳞屑侧缘与颗粒层轻度分离。诊断:鳞状毛囊角化病。
One case of keratosis follicularis squamosa （KFS） is reported. A 32-year-old woman presented with a 6-year history of asymptomatie, scattered, atrophic aene-sear-like lesions on the face. Histopathology of skin specimens demonstrated dilated follicles with keratotic plugs and orthohyperkeratosis. The lateral margin of the scale was slightly detached from the granular layer. The diagnosis of the case is keratosis follicularis squamosa.
