增生性筋膜炎

Proliferative fasciitis:a case report

报告1例增生性筋膜炎。患者女,67岁。因双侧腹股沟及外阴皮肤红肿变硬3周就诊。皮肤科检查:双侧腹股沟及外阴皮肤红肿变硬,不能捏起,腹部皮肤松弛。皮损组织病理检查:真皮至皮下组织内不等量黏液基质、成纤维细胞、胶原纤维和炎性细胞的背景下,可见较多特征性的神经节细胞样巨细胞,胞质丰富呈嗜碱性。诊断:增生性筋膜炎。

A case of proliferative fasciitis is reported. A 67-year-old female patient presented with red swelling and hardening skin on the bilateral groins and vulvae for three weeks. Physical examinations showed red swelling and harden skin of the bilateral groins and vulvae. The skin could not pinch up. Histopathology examination revealed more distinctive neural ganglion cell-like giant cells in dermis and hypoderm under the background of unequal quantity mucus, fibroblast, collagen fiber and inflammatory cells. Cytoplasm was plentiful and basophilic. The clinical and pathological feature of this case supported the diagnosis of proliferative fasciitis.
