双相障碍与氧化应激损伤 被引量:11

摘要 双相障碍(bipolar disorder,BPD)是一种高致残率的重性精神疾病,主要表现为躁狂相与抑郁相反复间歇交替或循环发作,患病率约为1%~1.5%。双相障碍病因复杂,迄今不明。流行病学调查显示双相障碍与心血管疾病、肥胖和糖尿病等躯体疾病的共病率较高,
