CL analysis technology were rapidly developed in recent years. It is widely used in the fields of free radicle analysis, chemiluminescence, ultra weak CL in live system, CL immunoassay, bioluminescence . Principle of ultra weak chemiluminescence analysis is introduced. Research and practice that was processed by chemiluminescence analysis were explained with several investigation results.
