MSCT在肌腱、韧带损伤中的诊断价值

The value of multi-slice computed tomography in diagnosis of tendon or ligament injury

目的:探讨MSCT在肌腱、韧带损伤中的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析骨关节创伤中肌腱、韧带损伤的CT表现,部分与MRI检查或手术结果对照。结果:24例膝关节韧带损伤中,前交叉韧带损伤11条,后交叉韧带损伤8条,外侧副韧带损伤6条;4例跟腱损伤,跟腱不全性撕裂3条,断裂1条。结论:MSCT对较薄韧带的显示欠佳,但对肌腱及较粗韧带(如交叉韧带等)的显示效果好,对其损伤的诊断较为准确,可为临床提供重要的诊断与治疗依据。

Objective：To evaluate the value of multi-slice computed tomography in diagnosis of tendon or ligament injury.Methods：Analysis retrospectively the CT diagnosis of tendon or ligament,some compare with diagnosis of MRI or operation results.Results：In the 24 injures of knee ligaement,11 cases of anterior cruciate ligament injures,8 cases of posterior cruciate ligament injures,6 cases of outside assistant ligament injures;4 Achilles tendon injures were found,in addition,3 cases un-whole laceration,1 cases fracture.Conclusion：The limition of displaying by MSCT in the slice ligament,but very good in the tendon or rough ligament,the diagnosis was accurate,provide an effective consultation to diagnosis or medicat treatment.
