人毛乳头细胞条件培养液治疗女性脱发的临床疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察人毛乳头细胞条件培养液皮下注射治疗女性脱发的临床疗效。方法:用人毛乳头细胞条件培养液皮下注射18例女性脱发患者的脱发区,每周1次,共4次。结果:人毛乳头细胞条件培养液治疗过的女性脱发区,可见到重新生长的毳毛和终毛。结论:人毛乳头细胞条件培养液对女性脱发患者有明显的治疗作用。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium (HDPC- CM) hypodermic injection on female androgenetic alopecia. Methods: The HDPCCM was used with hypodermic injection to treat 18 female patients with androgenetic alopeeia. It was used for once a week and total four times. Results : The vellus hair and terminal hair reappeared in the area treated with HDPCCM. The total effective rate and the cure rate were 83. 33% and 66. 67% respectively. Conclusion: The HDPCCM is curative to female androgenetic alopecia.
