摘要
目的:了解肝硬化患者并发真菌感染的相关因素。方法:对2000-08～2009-08期间肝硬化并发真菌感染患者通过病例对照的方法进行了分析性研究。结果:研究组与对照组在抗生素的用量、时间,白细胞减少方面有明显的差异(P<0.01),研究组死亡率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:晚期肝硬化并发真菌感染的相关因素对预防、治疗和改善生存质量都具有十分重要的意义。
Objective： To understand the relative factors of the fungal infection patients with advanced liver cirrhosis. Methods： The case- control method was performed in fungal infection patients with advanced liver cirrhosis from 2000 to 2009 . Results： There were significant differences in the dosage of antibiotics, time, teucopenia between the study group and the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. The mortality rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion： The relative factors of the fungal infection with liver cirrhosis is important in the prevention, treatment and improving quality of life.
