摘要
分析铸态高强度球铁件行星架的结构和铸造生产中出现的缩松缺陷,运用均衡凝固理论,采用华铸CAE凝固模拟软件对铸造凝固过程进行模拟,根据模拟结果对铸造工艺进行了优化设计和改进,采用电炉熔炼、球化处理、一次孕育、二次随流孕育等方法,消除了铸件的缩松缺陷,生产出合格的铸态高强度球铁铸件,降低了生产成本和废品率,提高了生产率。
This paper analyzed the structure of high strength nodular iron planetary carrier casting and the shrinkage of casting in foundry production,adopted proprotional solidification theory,simulated solidification of casting with Huazhu CAE software,optimized and improved foundry technology as per simulation.Eligible castings were produced by using electric furnace melting and nodularizing treatment with first inoculation and second melt stream inoculation that eliminated the formation of casting shrinkage.It was proved that the improved foundry technology could reduce production cost and casting defects and raise the productivity.
