阴模透视法在柴油机机身铸造模具制造中的应用

摘要 机身铸件形状复杂、外型尺寸大、加工及装配控制尺寸多。机身模具外模体积庞大、芯盒品种数量多、配合关系复杂,模具制作难度较大。按传统方法制作的模具很难保证铸件的图纸尺寸要求和批量铸件投产的模具强度要求。采用本文一种良好的模具制造方法——阴模透视法制造机身模具,实践证明,机身模具质量保证系数高,完全规避铸件生产的模具风险,提高了模具制造的技术含量,能够满足机身铸件生产的形位尺寸公差要求。 The diesel engine body castings are complex in shape and large in sizes with many dimension control for later finishing and assembling.Its pattern is difficult in manufacture owing to its large in size with bunch of core boxes and matching relations.It is difficult to ensure the casting dimension requirement and keep the strength of pattern in mass production by traditional way of pattern manufacturing.Based on long period of pattern manufacturing and production practice a newly developed concave projection method is proposed for pattern making which is proved by real practice that the castings produced by the new pattern are high in quality index and the patterns made in this way totally avoid the rejection of castings caused by unqualified patterns.The patterns made by new method can meet the casting dimension and shape and position tolerance requirements and possess high technical in pattern manufacturing.
